They have the best true homemade cornedbeef hash and Eggs Benny outside of your own kitchen and it's accompanied with a warm welcome and great service.

She was a new waitress..other than the supervisor standing over her...she kept her delightful composure. I tipped her for her being steadfast in her position. Well done on this Sunday morning. I wore a satin Pearl Chinese suit , with yellow on yellow. If you remember me. Great job 👍

Cinnamon raisin french toast was fantastic! Decent prices and friendly service. Only thing I have to drop a star for is the coffee cup had syrup on it and my spoon had some egg or something on it. Maybe they could look at things a bit better before they serve you.

Open again! Crowded and for good reason. We've been coming here for years and perhaps it's all the new kitchen equipment "courtesy" of National Grid but the food was better than ever. Crowded but waited only 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, all smiles and clearly happy to be back at work. Lots of good vibes! We'll be back!.

Always consistent, always homemade and a good value

Food was okay, flavor was there, but omelettes were extremely thin, poached eggs hard, service waa lazy at best. Waited 15 minutes to be told to seat ourselves. A party of 6 no less

This morning I had Pumpkin coffee. I don't drink coffee, but it was good. To eat I tried the Swiss and ham on a croissant. It came with egg in it. It was delicious. She had a mixed bacon omelette, with potatoes and a croissant. Water was also given to us. The silverware needed some wiping. Place was moderately occupied. Overall, our experience was once again a good one.

Great little mom and pop breakfast spot. Food was well seasoned and prepared well. Parking at busy times is difficult. Staff is extremely friendly. 4 stars because it is cash only but it's not clearly stated.

The french toast was good, slightly undercooked but it was still good. My buddys broccoli and cheese Omelette was excellent as well

Nice good size restaurant in small strip mall. Friendly staff, lots of seating. Many breakfast and lunch menu options and food was good too. A bit surprising that a lunch sandwich doesn't come with a side like chips or something. Some faves include the Reuben, chicken barb and ant salad. Clean restaurant, glad that reopened after the gas incident.

Customer service the best I had in a while. Friendly atmosphere, clean,bright. Lots of pictures / history from the old Lawrence . Food served hot, an awesome. Staff pleasant and inviting. Had sandwiches and French fries. Next time will try breakfast items. Which is served all day. Pricing fair. Stop in to a local restaurant 🙂

Great sense of community. Lots of regulars. The waitresses are great. Try the homemade raisin toast if they haven't run out for the day. I love their Irish eggs Benedict!

The bacon burger I got was just OK, you could tell it was previously frozen which tastes different than a fresh made burger but I had a bite of my Dads pot roast melt and omg it was good. I wished I had got that instead. Also they make home made lemonade which was great. Everyone was very nice, greeted me when I walked in and made sure I was being helped.

It's a nice quaint homely restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Has very warm and charming waiters. The owner John Farmington is charming and welcoming. They serve delicious and amazing food.They have cooking stoves on they have been using over the years on display since 1983.It's Lawrence hidden gem.Note to self: the juices are amazing

Food was fine. My only gripe is they only accept cash... It's 2019! Who the hell doesn't accept debit cards in today's world?!?! There's an ATM inside, but you'll pay to use it. Had to knock them down one star just for that.

Quaint little place. Has a feel of an old-school diner that’s been there since ages. Accepts only cash and seemed liked it has quite a few locals who are regulars. The muffins are huge and amazingly soft. Pretty good choice of items but a little slow service. Good if you want to just sit, relax and have some comfort food.

Stopped into this diner to grab breakfast before a wedding and was surprised at how tasty the food was. Quaint spot with a local “we’ve been here forever” kind of vibe and only open for breakfast and lunch. If you need a bite in the morning, this is a solid choice. Side note for my coffee lovers, they’ve got a Nitro Cold Brew on tap from Boston’s Best Coffee. Only downside, they’re cash only but there is an ATM on site.

Can’t say enough good things about Carleen’s! The food always hits the spot. It’s very tasty and great portions! At Carleen’s, you are treated like family. The service is always outstanding - they check in with you for coffee often. I just discovered it a year ago after moving to Andover for school, and I was so sad to say goodbye - I will definitely be back to visit!

Love this place! The service and food are great! It is cash only and the wait can be long on the weekends but it is worth it. There is a lot of history in this place. I’ve always found parking, even on the weekends.

The service they provide is outstanding. The prices are better than any other restaurant. They treat you like family.
